Thomas W. Panipinto Jr. “Buckshot” ~ June 6, 2022

Livonia: Died unexpectedly June 6, 2022 at age 62 surrounded by his children. Tom was born on August 1, 1959 in Canadaigua, NY to his late parents; Thomas and Annette (West) Panipinto. He is survived by his children; Elisia Panipinto (Travis Snyder) of Savannah; DonPaul Panipinto (Rachel Robinson) of Interlaken; Naomi Aures (Ken Covert) of Interlaken; and Brandy Shultz of Livonia. 3 God Children; Rachel Hasfurter (Burrous); Brianna Panipinto; and Trinity Conway, 4 Grandchildren Tylor Shultz, Ava Lyn; Alivia and Avery; 4 siblings, Laurie ( Rick) Thompson of TN; Mary Pat ( Nick Yannotono) Burrous of Lakeville; Frank (Char) Panipinto of Fl; and Michael Panipinto of Lima; many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and friends.

Tom attended Livonia School and then listed in the US Army and served four years in Germany. After returning home Tom continued to live in his home town where he worked at Hilltop Welding in South Lima. In his free time, he could always be found at the Legion, having a good ol’ pig roast or enjoying a nice clam bake surrounding himself with many friends and loved ones. He enjoyed his property in Springwater where he was the “President of the “hewomen haters club” and could be found in the garage with Mike, Treski, Bob Whitzle and others making traditional stick bows. He then eventually moved to Interlaken where he continued his love for his property, hunting and fishing but most of all his children and grandchildren. He had many passions but his favorite was his gun collection and any Ruger ever made. There wasn’t a Clint Eastwood movie he hadn’t watched and every pet had to have a name from one of them. And we must not forget his obsession with pigs and had every pig nick-nack made.

Tom was loved by so many and will be missed dearly. Friends may call on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 3-6 at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc. 21 Big Tree Street, Livonia NY. Thomas’s Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, June 14th, at St Matthew Catholic Church, 6591 Richmond Mills Road, Rte 20A, Livonia. 1. As a Livonia Center girl, I grew up in the same neighborhood as Tommy. We often played baseball behind the Presbyterian church. Tommy was always a captain and picked his team. I was always happy when he picked me because if you were on Tommy’s team then most times you won the game. RIP Tommy!!
You will be missed by many.
Many hugs and prayers to Tommy’s family.
