  1. Special memories for a very special person. Was such a pleasure spending time with her as she taught us girls as Auxiliary members how to work in kitchen decorating all for special events remembering always to have a good time. Always enjoyed the memories she had of my dad as they traveled the times as legionaries! A lady to be missed.

  2. The loss of MA is heart breaking. One of my dearest friends and huggers. She loved to pick on Joe called him “knuckle head” Bet on the Bills and those tickets??? What can I say. Heaven has another true Angel in its grasp… Love you Ma Deb & Joe

  3. My heartfelt sympathies in the passing of your mom. I have so many wonderful memories of her , from the veranda to picking up pies, pickles and beets for the west Bloomfield dinners. She was truly an inspiration to me. Sending hugs and prayers Debi and Sharon to you and your family

  4. I was so sorry to hear that Florence has passed away. I treasure so many childhoods memories spent in the kitchen at the Veranda, eating too many strawberry pies in the back room, and having her make lunches for our bicycle hikes during the summer. Monday mornings, after the smorgasbords on Sunday, waiting for the school bus and eating leftover meatballs. She was an amazing woman and fabulous cook. Sharon and Debbie will miss her, and you have my condolences.

  5. So sorry to hear about the passing of Florence. I have many fond memories of the family, working for and with Florence and later even bartending at the Veranda. What a cook she was and the amazing roast beef dinners she worked at for the church used to draw in huge crowds.

  6. Debi and Sharon and family I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Mom. I remember working at the Roast Beef dinner at West Bloomfield church. I also visited with her a few times. Florence had a great time in her life journey. Rest In Peace until we meet again.
