Victor: At age 95, Phyllis passed away peacefully on Monday, October 11, 2021. She was born in Rochester, NY to the late John and Elinor Clohessy. Phyllis is predeceased by her husband; Ronald E. Wagner, her son Michael B. Wagner and her brother, Carl Clohessy. Survived by her children; Karen Wagner, Ellen Wratni and her husband Glenn, Roy Wagner, her grandchildren; Amy and her husband Anthony, Daniel Moore and his wife Brenda, Stephanie and her fiancé Brendan and Julie Wagner, her great grandchildren; Christian Moore, Hanna Moore and Dominik, along with her nephew John Clohessy and her sister-in-law, Eleanore Clohessy.
