  5. For my brother Kirk and I, Bob was our eldest cousin and his life seemed so exciting and fun when we were kids. His stories of his service and his travels in the US Navy regaled us and kept us rapt through our childhood years.
Later in life, he was a friend to our mother, as we had both left upstate New York for other parts of the country. We always enjoyed our conversations with him when we were visiting home, and we’ll miss those, and him.
Kirk and I wish to extend our condolences to his wife Jenny, and his sisters Linda and Lisa.
