Janet was my daughter’s kindergarten bus driver, which she loved!! Janet was also a co-worker, and employee! She made a great substitute bus driver after she retired from VCS, & after she came back from Florida from the winter, usually around April 1st! Janet loved going to garage sales!! Janet was a great driver, employee and friend! Heaven gained a true gem!

Sending love & strength to Janet`s family. She will be missed, but i know she will always be with us. I am so glad we were friends, and will always cherish our times together for Friday night fish fry dinners, or our casino trips when her kind heart didn’t want us to lose when we were with her!! I will miss our great conversations sitting by the lake. I wish I had told her how much our friendship meant to me, and truly admired how brave she was!
I happened upon this obituary while looking for another. This breaks my heart. I thought of her often. she was actually my school bus driver for my whole school life; from kindergarten to high school she was the sweetest lady, I always felt safe with her. she always made me smile and I remember around Christmas time she always had the kids sing Christmas carols over the radio to the other buses. she will definitely be missed. my thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family. God bless Mrs. Dluzak.
JD my partner in crime!! You befriended me the day I started driving bus, and it was a great friedship. I will miss you terribly, but I have so many memories. RIP my friend!
My friend Janet, we had a lot of fun together over the years, your stories of the upside down wallpaper, every bus you drove it had to be fueled, your feet were always cold, glad you are at peace I’ll miss you. I honk at bob and Robby house every time I go by.
