Today Becomes Tomorrow too Fast!
Have you noticed how quickly today becomes tomorrow?
Where does the time go?
Days fade into weeks, weeks to months and months to years.
Meanwhile, we carry on and continue to fill our time with daily tasks.
We hope that tomorrow will be just a little better than today.

Tomorrow
I’ll take that extra day off.
Tomorrow
I’ll go fishing
Tomorrow
We can take that special vacation.
Tomorrow
I’ll relax and finally notice all those great people who surround me.
Things will definitely be better tomorrow.
“Tomorrow is another day”

Today we take the time to appreciate and celebrate

a man who means so much, to so many.
He was and is so much to, so many.

He touched our lives in so many ways.
The Man, who stole my mother’s heart
The Father who raised 4 children who all have their individual memories to hold.
The Grandpa who loved to teach his grandkids about fishing and hunting.
The Great Grandpa who loved watching the kids grow and learn.
The friend who would give the shirt off his back to help you out.

You CAN NOT change yesterday!
However, we know this man is in a better tomorrow.
Today became tomorrow in the blink of an eye.
Make a fresh start in your tomorrow Dad.
Be free of pain and worry.
Rest in peace Dad.
May God Bless you and keep you.
Amen

  1. We know the family lost a treasure of a man. We have heard all about him through Rachel. Even through we never met him it sounded as he lived for his family and was the foundation for all of you. The roots he and his wife have given the family is a gift he leaves them with. In all our lifetimes we have that one special person in our world that shines above us all. He filled that role we are sure. We know the loss of him leaves a void for you all. May the memories and moments with him be a comfort to you all as you remember together. We are sending our condolences to all of you at this time. His life touched us also and we are forever grateful for that. May he be at peace with our Lord eternally.

  2. My deepest sympathy to Phyllis and the entire family. I may have not been in your lives the last 30 years but when I was you were all family to me. I think of each of you often. As a young girl Pete always treated me as a daughter. I will never forget his kindness. He is now reunited with his son Scott who I too loved and miss so much to this day. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
