Steven C. Rogers – January 11, 2021

Conesus:  At age 60 years, Steve passed peacefully at his home on January 11, 2021.  Survived by his wife Cookie (Marciniak) Rogers and children; Steven (Gloria) Rogers Jr., Natasha (Eric) Wonsey, Adam (Amy) Rogers, Samantha Rogers, and Cody Pascalar; grandchildren, Tyler, Emersyn, Elseigh, Alex, Nijah, Carson, Maybel, and Abigail; siblings, Dave Rogers, Marilyn Barber, and Sue (Paul) Dailey. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends may call on Friday, January 15th, from 5-7pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, NY.  Services will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Conlon Mulvaney American Legion Post 1779, 6317 Marshall Road, Conesus, NY 14435.  To send a condolence or share a memory please visit:  www.doughertyfuneralhomes.com

    I know your heart brakes and the pain unbearable you won’t show, you are not on the August I mean nor will you ever be I will always see you for you and nothing else!   3. Cookie, Just read about this loss for you and Cody. Have you in my thoughts and prayers. I was so glad when you two got married and found happiness with each other. You two made many good memories together in that short time. Let them be in your heart and bring comfort to you. My Condolences.

  5. Our lives where blessed to have Steve as a dear friend .We will remember his kind and thoughtful ways . He was always there for his family and friends when they needed him.   8. We are so very sorry for your loss. We missed him from the moment he retired. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all. Although it’s far too soon, know that he’s in a better place waiting for each of you. We regret that due to quarantine we won’t be able to express our condolences in person.

  11. I cannot begin to say how sad this makes me. Steve was a wonderful man and worked so hard his entire life. Although I would never say it to him, he was one of the smartest people I knew. He finally had the chance to enjoy a short retirement but not nearly long enough. All of us can agree that he deserved better.

    I am so sorry for your loss Cookie and the entire Rogers family. Steve meant a lot to all all of us. He will be missed by all that knew him.
