Livonia:  At age 83, Betty passed peacefully at her home on June 14, 2020.  She was born on March 11, 1937 in Oneonta, NY to the late William and Catherine Jones.  Predeceased by her husband, LeRoy F. Perkins, and daughter Lori Welch. Survived by daughter Lisa West and grandson Evan West both of Livonia, and her sister Barbara (Louis) Jacques of Florida.

Betty was married to Roy for over 6o years until his passing on January 4, 2020.  She was a loving and kind mother and grandmother.  She was a gifted quilter, a wonderful cook, and loved to grow her flowers.  She was very proud of her family especially her grandson Evan.
