Bloomfield: At age 75, Barbara passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Light Hill in Canandaigua, NY. She was born in Gilboa, NY to the late Edwin and Virginia Zimmerman. Barbara is predeceased by her husband; Robert Babcock. Survived by her daughter; Tina Little of Bloomfield, NY, her 3 grandchildren; Jason (Tricia) Phillips of Canandaigua, NY, Adam Lucas, Bradley Lucas (Brittany Marble), her brother; Edward Zimmerman of Stamford, NY, her sister; Betty Slater of Barkhamstead, CT, and her 6 great-grandchildren; Connor, Lorelei, Alex, Landon, Jordan, and Carter along with several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 2-3 PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 8621 Main Street in Honeoye, NY, where her memorial service will immediately follow at 3 PM. Interment will be held privately at Fairview Cemetery in Grand Gorge, NY.
