Livonia:  At age 84, Russ passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.  He was born in Warsaw, NY to the late Frank and Cecelia Rutherford.  Russ is predeceased by his wife Dorothy, his brother and sister-in-law; Everette and Dolores Rutherford, and his sister Melanie Rutherford. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
