Hemlock/Honeoye: Peacefully on December 21, 2018 at age 83. Predeceased by his son Mark William Frame, USN, sister Marjorie Dooley, brother Mark Butler Frame, and cousin Don (Betty) Butler former Victor residents. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years Judith (Vitek) Frame, children: Michael Frame of OR, Laura (Marty) Welch of Fairport, Jonathan Frame of Phoenix, NY, Matthew (Karen) Frame of Honeoye Falls, and William James (Esme´) Frame of GA; grandchildren, Joseph Frame, Shannon (Bryan) Frame Taylor, Rebecca (Ryan) Frame Branch, all of Virginia Beach, VA; Garrett (Felicia) Frame, Katelyn Frame, Michael Alexander Frame, Daniel Frame, Timothy Frame, Jonathan Neil Frame, all of Oregon; Nathan Charles Edwin Welch of Fairport, Maegan Frame, Kaelyn Frame, and Matthew William Frame, all of Honeoye Falls; greatgrandchildren, McKenzie Taylor, Rylie Branch, Asher Moore, Adaline Moore, Emily Frame, Avery Branch, William Alexander Frame, Margaret Frame, and William Patrick Branch. Also survived by daughter-in-law Tina (Steven) Frame Tyson, sister-in-law Bernice Frame, brother-in-law Robert Dooley, and brother-in-law Edward (Barbara) Vitek, many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Bill is a Veteran of the United States Navy; he served in Opama, Japan and Virginia Beach, VA Oceana Naval Air Station for 5 years. He joined the Federal Aviation Administration in 1960 as an Air Traffic Control specialist, advancing to Supervisor in the mid-1970’s. His FAA Career spanned 25 years, including the 1981 rebuilding of the US Air Traffic System.
Bill’s life revolved around his love for his family and for the outdoors. His passions included hunting, fishing, shooting sports and Brittany Spaniels
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 4-7pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Livonia, NY. Bill’s Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, January 3, 2019, St. Matthew Catholic Church, 6591 Richmond Mills Road, Rte 20A, Livonia, NY. Burial with military honors will be held in the spring in Wanakena, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Bill’s Memory to M.M.
