For Spring-Way Baptist Church you have lost a pastor and I have lost my cousin. I have many wonderful memories over the years with Dick
I especially enjoyed those times at your church with his love for the scripturs and you his congregations. He even had me bring the message a few times when I was visiting. He is with the Lord now and I am anxious to join him.
To the family,
I’m sorry for your loss of your father, grandfather, our town will never be the same. Having grown up with you I know He was well loved in our town. From my family to yours our dearest sympathy.

To the members of Dick Hass’s family: I thank God for his love for God and his years of faithful ministry. Dick was a light in the dark for many people and he won’t be forgotten. May you be comforted by the presence of God each day.
