Laurie , Buster, Sandra and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. I have known you guys a long time but lost touch through the years. It was very special to reconnect last year and It was a nice surprise to find that fate put us on the same street in Geneseo and in Florida. Gary always had a smile on his face he was one in a million.A great guy. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Love,
When I would come back home from FL it was always great to see Johnny and Gary. When Gary would see me, he would always call me J Norris. The great line I will always remember Gary, said to me during the summer softball league. He looked me in the eye and said, “ we may not be the best team in the league, but we’re the best lookin.” Gary, had a great laugh and was such a wonderful person to be around. This world would be better off with more people like Gary Jager.
Dear Laurie
Our deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of Gary. Although it has been many years Gary always had a special place in my heart. We are praying for you during this very difficult time.

Very sad to hear of Gary’s passing. We were friends back at AQ and I have nothing but great memories. He was a first class major Ball Buster and time spent in his company was all laughs and wisecracking mischief making. We crossed paths a couple times over the years but it’s with great regret that I won’t have that opportunity anymore. My heart goes out to all his family left behind. He was a great man and a true lifelong friend. I pray his memories will sustain you but no doubt he left a hole that can’t be filled.
Heartbroken.
Thinking of you and your family Laurie

Laurie, Taylor, and Brianna,
I am so sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. Gary was a rare fun loving soul. He gave us nicknames, filled our empty glasses, enjoyed joking and teasing, and of course taught us many garyisms. (HYSYP). He lived his life to the fullest. He will be dearly missed. Hold each other close to get through the tough days ahead. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the kids, Buster and all the family and many friends he left behind. RIP my friend??
Laurie and family,
We’re very sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. Gary, Buster, Casey and myself spent way too many hours together at Thurston Grill/Doubleday’s years ago. Gary always enjoyed good times and wanted everyone around him to have fun too. He was one of a kind and when he jumped behind the bar after Sunday softball his drink concoctions were so tasty it made for a long day but always a good time. His unique names for people, as my wife recalls, such as “Rhino Butt” we’ll always remember. You’ll be missed my friend.
Sandra, Buster, Laurie and family
My heart goes out to all of you. I have such wonderful memories of my cousin growing up together on Atkinson St, playing ball in the backyard and of course getting into just a little bit of trouble. Gary was a great guy and loved by all of those who got to know him.
Sue and I send our sincere and heartfelt condolences.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many great memories from our years on Conesus Lake with the Jager family. I cannot listen to “Brick House” without thinking of him. The amazing meatballs he would make. His laugh was the best!! Thank you Gary for giving me my nickname “KO”. Numerous people still call me that. RIP my old friend…..you will be greatly missed by all of us. Love….Cathy, Mandy, Jack, and John Oakes.
