Geneseo: Charlotte, age 93, passed away on Saturday, April 04, 2020. Charlotte is predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert Bulmer, and daughter, Susan Swift. She is survived by her son, Richard (Lynn) Bulmer of Taylors, South Carolina, and her daughter, Sharon Bulmer (Paul Frankel) of Rush, New York; her grandchildren: Julie (Andrew) Montesano, Jared (Bonnie) Swift, Jeffrey (Samantha) Swift, and Justine Swift (Nicholas Hampton); and great-grandchildren: Brandon, Nathan and Nicholas Montesano; Kayla, Alyssa, and Owen Swift; and Charlotte Swift.
A private family graveside service will take place at the Union Cemetery on Big Tree Road in Livonia. Memorial contributions may be made to the Geneseo Ambulance Fund, 133 Center Street, Geneseo, NY 14454.

Sorry Rick and Sharon to hear of your mom’s passing. Your parents and mine (Glenn and Shirley Wingate) were such great friends. I have many fond memories of visits together.

Although we were unable to find out where Aunt Charlotte was living after she left her home, we do have many good memories of her, especially the family picnics at Durand Eastman Park. May God
