York: December 24, 2015 at age 44 years. Predeceased by his parents Lawrence & Barbara Dunn and mother-in-law June Wall-Bovee. Survived by his loving wife Tammi Dunn; siblings, Lawrence (Becky) Dunn Jr. of Bloomfield, Timothy Dunn of Leicester, Katherine (Bob) Boyer of Piffard, and Shawn (Penny) Dunn of Retsof. Also survived by father-in-law, Jerry Burdick; sisters-in-law, Shelly Rees, Becky Otterman, Kara Bierton, and Tara Chase; best friend Frederick Holland III; many nieces & nephews, cousins, and friends.

Jamie Lee Dunn was born August 7, 1971 in Warsaw, New York. He was the youngest of five to Lawrence and Barbara Dunn. He always enjoyed being the baby! Jamie grew up in York, New York where he continued to reside in his family home. Jamie had many gifts to share. He easily led us to laughter…typically the kind that made your cheeks and belly hurt! He was always the life of the party and made sure his word was the last! His zest for life and always seeing the positive in any situation was his easy lovable nature. He would give the shirt off his back to help whomever.
Jamie enjoyed golfing, riding his Harley and you could even catch him helping his wife in the flower gardens.

Friends may call on Wednesday, December 30th, from 4-7pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 20A, Livonia, where services will be held on Thursday, December 31st, at 11am. Burial Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Retsof Road, York.   1. Dear Dunn Family,
    I’m so sorry for your loss. Death is not something we were intended to deal with, especially at such a young age. Did you know that death is not something that our loving God intends us to live with forever? In the Bible, John 5:28,29 says: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out”. This is a real promise from God that we can have faith in and look forward to. Love and prayers.

  8. Growing up my family lived down the street from Jamie and Freddie. Jamie and Freddie were always together – such a pair!!! 🙂 I don’t know what really to say but this makes me so sad. Noah loved to visit about his Uncle Jamie and his dad (Fred) I will always remember the honesty and kindness Jamie showed me when it wasn’t always around.   22. Saddened to hear of Jamie’s passing. Worked with him at Ronco from 2009-2014. He had a great work ethic, worked hard and did a great job. Smart guy with a positive attitude and I looked forward to working with him or just hanging out chatting in the parking lot. He will be missed.
