Honeoye: Ronald C. Higley, 63 passed away on April 14, 2015 at Teresa House in Geneseo. Ron was born on February 10, 1952 in Sayre, PA to the late Donald and Evelyn Higley.

Ron was a bricklayer for over 30 years and was a member of the BAC (Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers) Local 3 in Pittsford, NY retiring in 2014. He loved hunting, fishing and camping with his grandchildren, family and friends.

Ron is survived by his wife Linda of 44 years, his son Mark (Tina) Higley of Honeoye, daughter Michelle Higley of Honeoye. Sisters Linda Higley, Dottie (James) Pardoe and Brothers Jack (Karen) Higley, Phil Higley, Mitch (Penny) Higley and Mike (Marcy) Higley. Grandchildren Brett and Lindsay Higley.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Teresa House in Geneseo for the care that was given to Ron.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25th, at 11:00 am at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 8624 Main St. Rte 20A Honeoye, Rev. Richard Cummings who was a close friend of Ron’s officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Teresa House, 21 Highland Road, Geneseo, NY 14454. Arrangements entrusted to the Kevin W.   6. Sorry for your loss, I hunted deer with Ron & Charlie Reed in the late 70,s and was impressed with Ron’s ability to track deer. He is the best bow hunter I have ever known! My thoughts are with his family.
