  3. The last time we saw Ellen was at Howard’s funeral and we were so amazed she remembered Bob so well! Great lady who will be missed. Our thoughts are with the family.

  4. Ellen will be missed by all that ever met her. I have know her for years and loved to spend time with her on the farm. Here we were a urban family coming every summer to spend time in the rural parts of New York State where our parents grew up. My father, Bob McClelland, was her cousin. Even though I did not like the smell of the cows or what the cows left behind, I did enjoy riding on the hay wagons and jumping on the hay in the barn. It was a great experience to watch how the cows were milked and how the hay was cut and bailed up. We, city slickers, had a great time when we visited. Ellen always welcomed us and made us feel at home. She never forgot to send us a Christmas card every year. I will miss that as well. Know that this jewel of our family will truly be missed. Thanks for the memories.
