Canadice/Springwater: March 10, 2013 unexpectedly, at his home, at age 49 years. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Sylvia (Hyde) Welker. Survived by his daughters; Jennifer Welker of Florida and Courtney Welker of Lockport, NY. Brother Carl (Crystel Waide) Welker of Springwater and sister Julie (Douglas) Parsons of Springfield, MA. Several Nephews, Cousins, and many friends.

Doug was a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School and resided in that area for many years. He was an employee of Southco Inc. in Honeoye Falls, NY.
