Livonia: Anne J. Miles (Harrison) passed away at home with her family by her side, December 30, 2011, age 89. She will be long remembered for her welcoming, loving heart that drew people to her already – large family. As a Gold Star Mother, Anne was always a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Anne’s humor and wisdom will continue through the generations.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Byron Miles; dear son, Raymond “Denny“ Miles; 17 siblings; and special sister-in-law, Blanche Harrison.

She is survived by 7 children: Neil (Betty) Miles, Nancy (Jack) Phillips, Janice (Timothy) Northup of Livonia, Byron “Mike“ Miles, Rita Collins, Linda (Bryan) Pettengill, Carol Eames of San Diego, CA; 23 grandchildren & 29 great-grandchildren.

The family and friends will come together Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 2-6pm, to celebrate Anne’s life, at the Fellowship Hall, in The Livonia Presbyterian Church, Route 20A, Livonia Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Livonia Ambulance, PO Box 8, Livonia, NY 14487 or Livonia Salvation Army c/o Betty Miles. Arrangements entrusted to the Kevin W.
