Lima / Livonia: At age 76, Tom passed away on October 6, 2022 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born to John and Jean Vernam. Survived by his wife of 32 years, Sandra (Guerinot) Vernam; his sisters-in-law; Mary Guerinot, Barbara Guerinot (Curt), Melissa (Arnie) Jacob; his nephews, Richard (Megan) Thayer, Keith Jedrzejewski, Eric Jedrzejewski, Tyler Jacob; and his nieces, Aurora Thayer and Rachel Jacob, along with many good friends.
Tom loved to serve his community and was a past member of both the Barnard and Lima Fire Departments. One of Tom’s greatest contributions to our community was his years of dedication and hard work to maintain the beauty of Vitale Park on Conesus Lake. He will be greatly missed.
