  1. Mom, I am going to miss you so much. You were the best mom to me and Joanie. You made us the strong, caring, loving, woman we are today. Jacob and Jeffrey were blessed to have you as their Nana they love you so much and will never forget you. I love you so much always and forever and will miss you always xoxoxoxo. Love Kelly

  2. I known this lady when living at crossroads apts… she was the kindest person i known there… I remember sitting outside with her dog Cody and mine… we would always have our chats about things… she would help me out and I would help her out… I am so sorry for losing such a sweet and adorable person… one thing I know about her she loved her precious Cody and make sure he was taken care of before her self… she was a wonderful lady

  3. I literally have known this gem of a lady my whole entire life as she was my mommys best friend….. I am named after her daughter and her daughter is named after my mother…. Even though it was sometimes months or even years that I had seen her beautiful face she was always in my heart where she will remain forever,…. I know she’s up in heaven with her bestie drinking coffee, coloring and putting curlers in their hair and making sure their eyebrows are perfect..and finding some awesome yard sales with Joyce and Millie ….. Will love and miss you forever Joan because you have always been my family…

  4. Dear Kelly, Jeff and Family, I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Even though I never met your mom, I can tell by the kind words other have spoke about her, it was her legacy that she passed down to you. Please remember she is just away and she will always be in your heart. When you are sad and thinking of her, look to the sky and when you see the brightest star, that is her winking at you to tell you she is watching over you. Trust me you heart will mend with time and it will be better. Give it time and lean on your friends and family. All of us will help you through this. Much love. Sharon True.

  5. I met Joan through Tara and my son Richie. She was very kind and compassionate. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

  6. Joan was a very good friend of mine, that will be missed dearly. When I think back at all the good times we had, I smile. She was a Angel when she was here, now she is a angel with her family she did indeed miss. I love you my friend and will see you again some day… Love , Joannie Cook
