Geneseo: At age 64, Rachael passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was born in Rochester, NY to Ray McGuire and Shirley Neitz. Survived by two loving daughters, Angie Luckenbach and Audra (Anthony) Phillips, Becky Vasilovski; her grandchildren, Bradlee and Brendon Redman, Ashley (Dean) Whalen, Madison Vasilovski, Mya Vasilovski, Nora Vasilovski, Mackenzie Luckenbach, Trinity Luckenbach, Jersey Kays, Bobbielyn Kays, Dakota Kays, Payton Luckenbach, and her brother Mark (Christine) Neitz along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
Rachael was a loving mother and Grandmother. Her life’s mission was to make sure her grandchildren were all taken care of.

Rachael loved her family more than anything else. She was never without at least one of them close by her side. She never judged, just hoped that all were happy and that they would see how special they were…like she saw them. This woman of God was an example of true love. You will be missed and I love you
