Nunda: At age 68, Jo Ann passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the Nicholas Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. She was born in Rochester, NY to the late Wallace and Jeanette Jones. Survived by her beloved husband of 28 years, Elmer C. Bird, her children; Robert Saurini, Brian (BJ) Bird, Alicia (Matt) Gascon, Arica (Mike) Bernard, and her sisters; Judi Blackburn, Jackie Jones, Chris (John) Ryan, and Bobbie Porter, along with her 8 grandchildren.

Jo was a great knowledgeable coworker who had a great laugh and a genuine love of life. My deepest condolences go out to Elmer and her entire family.
