Geneseo: January 19, 2018, at age 89 years. Survived by his children; Mark (Bernadette) Palumbo, Margarite Palumbo/Rick Smart, Mary (Ronald) Nebbia and Maureen Campolieto. Sister Madeline Incardona. Louis was a loving grandfather to Michael Palumbo, John Vincent and Benjamin Smart, Kara and Paul Nebbia, Jenna and Elisa Campolieto. Predeceased by his parents George and Margaret Palumbo, son in law Gary Campolieto and several brothers and sisters.
Louis was a dedicated City of Rochester Firefighter serving the community for 31 years. He was an avid NY Yankee fan, loved dancing, playing bocce, fishing, and taking family photos.
Following his wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral service. Memorial contributions in Louis’s name may be made to the Palliative Care Program Strong Hospital 601 Elmwood Ave. Rochester, N.Y. 14642
