Tuscarora/North Port, FL: A loving husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully Tuesday Dec. 27, 2016 at Port Charlotte Rehab Nursing Facility. Max was born Nov. 2, 1932 to Max M. and Viola DuBois Sr.
Max is survived by his loving wife Patricia; his daughter Brenda Steinmetz; a son, Max DuBois; his sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Fred Valachoic of Raleigh, North Carolina; stepsons, R. Scott (Debi) Haynes, Michael J. (Melissa) Haynes and Jeffrey P. (Jim) Haynes; a granddaughter, Samantha Haynes, two grandsons, Brian Muscato and Matthew Haynes, a great-grandson, Dylan. 2 Brother-in-laws, Victor (Jean) Alford and Dave (Pam) Alford; 2 Sister-in-laws Judith (Bill) Young and Sandra Allen. He was predeceased by his parents Viola and Max DuBois, a brother Theron DuBois and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Bonnie and Wayne Sparks.
