Livonia: Unexpectedly on January 8, 2017 at age 82 years. Predeceased by her parents Harold & Frances Duffy and her brother Richard Duffy. Survived by her husband of 60 years, Bill Matousek and children; Robert Matousek of Watkins Glen and Sandy (Rick) Patterson of Livonia. Grandchildren; Jason (Jamie) Patterson, Carl Patterson, and Scott (Amanda) Patterson; great-grandchildren, Landon and McKayla & Liam and Collin. Also survived by her sister Delores (Frank) Walter of NJ and many nieces & nephews.

Friends may call on Monday, January 16th, from 3-5pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, where her Memorial Service will follow calling at 5pm.   1. Dear Bill – so sorry to just learn of Diane’s passing. You made quite a team and I always remember you fondly referring to her as “your bride” back in our Kodak days. My prayers are with you and your extended family at this time. Peace to you and know that even old friends are thinking of you.

    You lost a good one! She was like a second mom to me and even picked the names of my kids. We will miss her tremendously and I’m sure she will be welcomed into heaven and will be seeing my Mom again.

    You and I were just talking the other day about your parents and how they were doing. I am so very sorry to hear of her sudden death.
