CONESUS: Unexpectedly, December 22, 2016, at age 24 years. Predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Kenneth H. Cook. Survived by his parents, John Gustavson and Kimberly Cook Fugle of Conesus. His brother, Ronald ( Kellee) Fugle of Hilton. Special niece, Kellsy Fugle of Hilton. Maternal grandmother, Sheila Cook of Lakeville; Paternal grandparents, Susan Gustavson of Dansville; Darwin (Suzanne) Gustavson of Dunellen, FL. His girlfriend, Liz Seeber of Conesus. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Johnathan was born July 8, 1992 at Strong Memorial Hospital. He is the youngest of two sons. He attended Livonia Central School, graduated in 2010 with a credential from The Genesee Valley BOCES in Metal Trades. After high school the attended The Hobart Institute of Welding Technology in East Troy Ohio, where he graduated with numerous welding certifications and a perfect attendance record. He then perused a career in the welding field.

Johnathan is a caring and respectful young man whose passions are his girlfriend, his niece, his music and his family. Anyone who knows Johnathan knows there isn’t any one thing he loves more than another; he just loves.

  1. To the Gustavsons, I am very sorry for your loss. John was a wonderful friend of mine and I feel like I should say something. Perhaps you remember me and John playing guitar together. He was very passionate and such a good friend. He was so easy to talk to and just simply to spend time with. I will miss him so much, I wish there were more people out there like him.

My heart is broken john was one of my best friends living in Livonia he was one of the first kids to come up too me and not make me feel like a loser he taught me how to play guitar we did a lot together and being so far away from home it kills me that I can’t come to his services but I’ll he there in spirit and I’ll miss that beautiful soul rip gus. I love you
