Honeoye/Port Charlotte, FL: Formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Joseph died on September 10, 2016 at age 70 years at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He is survived by his wife Jeanne (Moline) Scheuerman and children; Michael (Dani) Scheuerman, Kevin (Jamie) Scheuerman both of Cedar Rapids, IA, Brian (Michelle) Antes of East Rochester, Zachary (Megan) Tripp, and Stephanie (Mario) Tripp both of Port Charlotte, FL. Grandchildren; Dane, Darren, Zoe, Michael, Phillip, Ashley, Becky, Sierra, Nevaeh, Nathan, Shalyn, Marley, and Raeyah. Also survived by his sister Mary (Don) Kennedy of Milan, IL, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Joe was born November 7th 1945, son of Clifford and Bunny Scheuerman. Joe worked at KHAK 98.1 for several years, played in several bands including Air Wave as a drummer.
Joe loved music, boating, sports, especially Iowa Hawkeye Football. He also enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and family.

so sorry to here of joes death.it has been years since we heard from him.we spent quite a few years with him and airwave.many many gigs in and around cedar rapids and some out of state. lots of road trip memories. alot of hours spent on the bus. cant believe he is gone. thoughts and prayers to the family from sandy and doug. bless you all.
