Geneseo/Ocala, FL: Peacefully on August 3, 2016, at age 81 years, surrounded by family. Predeceased by her beloved mother Helen (Odell) Wright, her father Harold Wright, and her brother Jimmy Wright. Survived by children; Richard Baker of Dansville and Kim (Jim) Peterson of Livonia; grandchildren, Erin (Peter) Landry, Shannon Peterson, and great-granddaughter Saoirse Marie Landry; siblings, Charles (Eileen) Wright, Doug (Linda) Wright, Ruth (John) Malone, and Steven Wright. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Bonnie was born on July 1, 1935 in Springwater, NY to parents Harold and Helen Wright. She left Springwater at the young age of 17 to pursue a career in Rochester as a secretary until she married and had children. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for many years, where she was very active in many different capacities. She also had the gift of decorating and was an avid reader.

A private graveside service will be held at Erwin Cemetery, Springwater, NY at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Bonnie’s memory to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1831 SE 18th Ave., Ocala, FL 34471.   1. May you all be blessed with God’s peace & strength at this difficult time. Though Bonnie & I didn’t see much of each other, we always knew we were there for one another. I privileged to have known her. I know we considered each other “friend”. So sorry she never got up home sooner to enjoy her family more. She was a beautiful woman, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to so many. I loved her very much and will remember her as a good neighbor but especially “FRIEND”
