Conesus: Passed away on May 4, 2016 at age 62 years at Strong Memorial Hospital after complications from Leukemia. Predeceased by his father James E. Carey and brother Thomas Carey. Survived by his wife of 32 years, Dawn (Kelley) Carey, daughter Autumn Carey, and 4 grandchildren. Also survived by his mother Edna Carey; sisters, JoAnne Hayes and Connie (Tom) Shutt; sister-in-law Linda Kelley (John Kopacki); brother-in-laws, Robert Kelley and Arnold (Tracy) Kelley.

Friends may call on Friday, May 13th, from 5-7pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, where services will immediately follow at 7pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center, 610 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642.   7. Cousin Bob always made my Dad (Uncle Neal) smile when he would come up to hunt our family land. Bobby, Tucker, Connie, and JoAnne were a huge part of my growing up. Especially that big Carey Smile they all have. Heartfelt sympathy for the whole family, especially to Dawn, Autumn, and Aunt Edna.
