Conesus: Went home peacefully, surrounded by family on April 20, 2016 at age 68 years. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Edith Marie DeGroff and her brothers; David and John DeGroff. Survived by her husband of 30 years, Steven Beare and daughter Monique McIntyre of Conesus. Grandchildren; Chad Jachimowicz, Tyler Jachimowicz, and Victoria McIntyre, and one great-grandson David Erler III. Also survived by her sister Pauline (George) Merrell of FL, many nieces & nephews, cousins, and friends.
Friends may call on Saturday, April 23rd, from 2-4pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15&20A, Livonia, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 4pm. I was just saddened to read of Norma’s passing! When I think of Norma, I remember the times when she would come for a haircut years ago and how Pauline, she and I would laugh over the silliest things. I also remember her love for the Lord in who’s presence she now rests. My thoughts and prayers to you Steve, Monique, Pauline and all those that loved Norma.
