Andover/Livonia: April 1, 2016, at age 78 years. Predeceased by his siblings Margaret Lothridge and Patrick McKeown. Survived by children: Michael (JoAnn) McKeown, Kathleen (John) McManus, Marlene (Sean) Hanna, Theresa (Barry) Hooper, and Debra (Robert) Czudak. Grandchildren: Allison, Shannon and Jack McKeown; Kevin (Jessica), Matthew and Patrick McManus; Kathryn Shulman and Aidan Hanna; Kristen Vetrano and Kelly (Mike) Atkins; and Adam, Lauren and Erin Czudak. Great-grandson Henry James Vetrano. Siblings: Vincent (Gloria) McKeown, Michael McKeown, Eileen Russo, and Maryann Gebo. Also survived by Barbara McKeown and many nieces, nephews, and dear and beloved friends.

Jim was born on April 26, 1937, in Rochester, NY, to parents Patrick Arthur and Eileen (Lynch) McKeown. He served his country in the US Navy and retired from Eastman Kodak Company. He was a graduate of Aquinas and Rochester Institute of Technology. He was a man of deep faith and a devoted parishioner at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Hornell.

Friends may call on Tuesday, April 5, from 4-7 pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, NY. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 6, at 10:00 am at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 27 Erie Avenue, Hornell, NY 14843. Burial St. Mary’s Cemetery, Rexville, NY.   2. It is a sad day on West Greenwood Hill. Jim was not only a great person playing golf with at Hornell GC, but also a wonderful neighbor and friend.
    He will be sadley missed forever. Thanks for the great memories and the kindness you displayed.
