  1. I worked with Mike for many years, and he was such a pleasure to interact with. He happily helped our Service Engineering group whenever there were issues with warehouse stock. When he said “We’ll get it done.”, it got done!

My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends…he will be missed.

  2. Dear Nancy and Mike,
Words fail me but know that we pray for peace for you, may you look back at the loving memories and hold them in your heart.

  4. To the whole Holton family, my deepest sympathies and prayers are with you. Mike was one the happiest guys I remember from high school. In reading all the notes made from people who knew him later in his life, it seems he hadn’t changed. Cherish those memories and remember he was a wonderful, much loved man. RIP Mike.

  5. The following is a moment in time, 25 years ago, with Mike Holton…

“Mike, is one of your Mom’s cats blind in one eye?”. “What?”. “Is your cat blind in one eye?”. “What?”. “IS YOUR CAT BLIND IN ONE EYE?”. “No, but I’m deaf in one ear.”

I’ll never forget that moment, or the man who made me laugh so hard I had an asthma attack.

  16. Didn’t get a chance to know Mike as a adult. But if he was the same as he was as a teenager. It must have been great. I spent plenty times at the Holton house. Both east lake rd and Candice . Hanging with his sister Sue and my long time friend Jim. He was very funny. My heart and prayers go out to the family and friends. Rest with the angels Mike.

  17. “Grief is the last act of love we have to give to those we love. Where there is deep grief, there is great love.” We know that nothing that is loved is ever lost. No one who has touched a heart is ever truly gone as the beauty they brought to this earth, lingers in every memory shared with you. Thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
    Hugs…. Tracy

  18. As one of just many kids who were coached by Mr. Holton in Naples Babe Ruth Baseball, I’ll forever be grateful for his service to the community and his personal mentorship as a coach. I have countless fond memories of Mr. Holton from growing up, both on the field and off. His passing is a reminder of the importance to always cherish such memories and never stop making new ones with the loved ones in your life..

My best wishes and condolences go out to Mikey, Cory, Tyler, and the rest of his loved ones.
    RIP Mike.

There may be 3 Mike Holtons, but only one had “the ear grabbing” laugh of the original Jr. I will miss the stories the jokes and the laughs, love you!

  21. I’ll never forget the great times we had with Mike hunting deer with the gang.
Mike was a great guy. RIP Mike.

  22. Very sad news to learn of Mike’s passing. I will miss his sense of humor and above all, friendship. RIP Mike.

  23. I was deeply saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. I spent 3 hours a day for two years riding to work with Mike and Pete Goff. It was quit the experience for sure. What one didn’t think of the other did. Our rides were filled with Howard Stern and humor mostly aimed at me. I don’t think I will ever meet another man with the sense of humor that Mike had. Mike was also my go to guy in the warehouse and if you needed anything solved or a part found Mike was the man for the job. RIP Mike!!!!

  24. Sue, Wendy and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I pray that his sons and entire family finds comfort in knowing he is not suffering any longer and is now an angel watching over you all. Mike, may you rest in peace.
    Sincerely and with love,
    Christie Garbin and John Heberle
