Livonia/Geneseo: Joyce A. Carpenter, age 84 years, of Geneseo and formerly of Livonia, died on December 26, 2015, at Rochester General Hospital after a short illness. Predeceased by her husband Charles Carpenter. Survived by her children, Donna (Tim) Nichols of Oxford, Pa., Deborah (Steven) Panipinto of Punta Gorda, FL. & David (Patricia) Carpenter of FL. 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. Her sister, Betty (William) Greene of Conesus. Several nieces & nephews. She was a retiree of Rochester Telephone Corp.
Joyce was born on June 30, 1931 in South Livonia, NY to parents Walter and Lillian (Holmes) White. Joyce retired from Rochester Telephone Corporation where she worked as a telephone operator. She was a member of the Conesus United Church for many years.

Im so sorry to hear about your loss. Death is not something that or loving God intended us to live with forever. In the Bible, John 5:28,29 says: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out”.
