Livonia: Peacefully surrounded by her family and loved ones on September 23, 2015 at age 47 years. Predeceased by her father Robert F. Teed and her beloved cat Velvet. Survived by daughter JaJen Teed of NC, mother, Elnora Teed of Livonia, sisters; Debra Teed of Walworth, life-long friend Lisa Bumbacher, and Donna Teed (Rick Welch.) Also survived by best friend and soulmate, Dale “Boo” Campisi of Ontario, several cousins, many dear friends, and cherished cat Sammy.
Darcie was born on August 27, 1968 in Canandaigua, NY to parents Robert F. and Elnora (Foote) Teed. She graduated from Livonia High School in 1986 and was a home health aide for many years. She was a member of the Livonia Grange and the Conlon-Mulvaney American Legion Auxiliary, and was a member of the Conesus United Church. Darcie was a very caring person, she loved animals and now she is in heaven working with the angels.
Friends may call on Monday, Sept. 28th, from 11am-2pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, where services will follow calling at 2pm. Burial Arnold Cemetery, Conesus. Elnora, Debra, Donna and JaJen, so sorry for the loss of Darcie. I grew up across the road from her, she was younger then me but we knew the Teed family as our neighbors. I remember the day my youngest daughter had a tire blow out almost in front of their house. How quick Darcie and Elnora came to do whatever they could do. They knew of the accident before me. Darcie even offered her pair of shoes to my daughter, because she lost one of hers. Thank you for that. I will never forget her kindness. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
