Livonia: Aug. 26, 2015 at age 56 surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his daughter Shauna Stokesberry. Survived by his wife Sandy Stokesberry, children; Rose (Tim) Whitbeck, Donna Frankenberger (Ian Wells), Stacey (Tim) Burt, April (Chris) Destefano, and Scott (Amy) D’Angelo. Brothers; Ken (Mindy), Steve (Mary Jo), Gary (Diane Jennings), and Mike (Sharon) Stokesberry. 7 grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

Friends may call on Monday, August 31st, from 11am-1pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, where services will follow calling at 1pm.   1. Sandy & Family, I will always remember the good times with the Twins Mike and Phil, Phil will be sadly missed he was a good guy. May God Bless him and take care of him.He will always be in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace Phil.
