Dansville/Hilton: July 6, 2015 at his home, surrounded by family and friends, at age 66 years. Predeceased by parents Lance & Dorothea (Kline) Philipps and his brother Thomas Philipps. Survived by his wife Marilyn (Ranzenbach) Philipps, step-daughters; Tanya (Mark) Sandow and Rachel (Jamie) Gagnon. Grandchildren; Savanna, Alexis, Madison, Tyler, Brody, and Ella. Sister Jean List and brother David (Phyllis) Philipps, nieces; Joan (Ted) Lincoln, Brenda (Gary) Bonisteel, Marlene (Darren) Blocker, and Elaine Weber. Close friends Tom Collins and Sharon Smith, many other nieces, nephews, family & friends. Jim was retired from FedEx in Rochester and also worked at Kozel Steel.

Friends are invited to Celebrate Jimmy’s Life on Saturday, July 25th, from 2-5pm at Brewski’s Bar & Grill, 5019 West Ridge Road, Spencerport, NY 14559. Arrangements entrusted to the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Livonia-Honeoye. To send a condolence and for further information please visit:
