Conesus: April 10, 2015 at age 60 years. Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Ruth (Sharpe) Brooks. Survived by her husband Michael Wrubel and children; Crystel (Gus) Welker of Canadice and Michael (Carie) Wrubel of Lima. Granddaughter Zoey Olivia Wrubel. Sister-in-law Lou Ann (Vito) Rinaldi of PA. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Ginny was born on March 29, 1955 to parents Herbert & Ruth (Sharpe) Brooks. She graduated from Livonia High School in 1974. She married Michael Wrubel on August 21, 1976 and were married for almost 40 years. Ginny worked at Graver Technologies in Honeoye Falls for almost 20 years. She was a member and bartender at the Hemlock Gun Club for many years. She loved animals and also crocheting. She was a people person and made friends everywhere she went. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Conesus Lake Nursing Home for their care and compassion for Ginny.

Friends may call on Saturday, April 25th, from 11am-1pm at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree Street, Rte 15 & 20A, Livonia, where services will follow calling at 1pm. Rev. Dave Hotchkiss will officiate the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Conesus Lake Nursing Home, Activities Fund, 6131 Big Tree Road, Livonia, NY 14487. She was an amazin person always knew when to make u smile and u always new when she needed to smile she loved her family threw even threw ups and downs evwn when doctors told her time limits she pushed threw them she was a pleasure to take care of she became partof my family she always wanted the best for her family even if it was just a smile or a kiss on the cheek I was blessed to get to know her and her family I mean BLESSED her smile a million times ment alot good mornings and good nights she knew how to make your day better. She was my junk food junky and the BLANKET I hang in my room with pride and on a bad day I smile I always found it didnt I lol I love u rip the fight is over u were and are a strong amazin women I never forget our talks

  2. SO SORRY ABOUT GINNY I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH AND USE TO GO TO HER HOUSE ON THE WEEKENDS SHE WAS A GOOD FRIEND ANS WAS A GREAT PERSON SHE WOULD HELP ANYONE THAT NEEDED HELP DIEDRE EMBLING WILLIAMS
