Livonia: December 7, 2014 at age 85 years. Survived by her son Thomas Krisher of Livonia and her daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Krisher of Snellville, GA. Her grandsons; David (Jessica) Krisher of Atlanta, GA, Bryan (Alyssa) Krisher of Snellville, GA, and Derek (Katie) Krisher of Atlanta, GA. Great Grandsons, Brody and Owen of Snellville, GA. Her sisters; Mary Thomae of Marina, CA and Eleanor Iler of Avon. Many special nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.

Alice was born in Buffalo, NY on October 29, 1929 to parents Albert & Doris Phillips. She was predeceased by her husband Warren Krisher in 1981. Also predeceased by her sons Warren Jr. and Ronald Krisher, and her sisters, Helen & Juanita, and her brother Robert.

Alice was a member of the Livonia Class of 1947. She was employed by Hickoks, Champion Knitwear, Livonia Gazette, and retired from the Livonia Central School in 1991. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed many years as a Jr. Bowling Coach. She loved golf and loved being a part of the Children’s Christmas Store Program. She was a past director of the Genesee Valley Women’s Bowling Association.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 10th, at 11am at the South Livonia United Church of Christ, 5087 South Livonia Road, Livonia. Rev. Sue Forsythe will officiate the service and a reception will follow in the church hall. Burial will be held privately at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneseo, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Livingston County Hospice, 2 Murray Hill Drive, Mt. Morris, NY 14510 or the South Livonia United Church of Christ, 5087 South Livonia Road, Livonia, NY 14487. Arrangements entrusted to the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., Livonia-Honeoye. Alice was a bright star at Livonia Primary School where she touched the many lives of those of us she worked with as well as the young people that passed through the library.
