Bloomfield, NY: Barbara M Kyle (Ferrin) died December 19, 2012 at age 87. Barbara was a long time resident of Bloomfield, N.Y. until recently relocating to Mt. Pleasant, N.C. to live with her son John and his family. She is predeceased by her husband Joseph. Survived by her children, Joe (Patti) Kyle of Penfield, Tom (Sue) Kyle of Charlotte, N.C., John (Kim) Kyle of Mt. Pleasant, N.C.; six grandchildren, sisters Mary Pierce of Rochester and Ellen DiLauro of Sarasota, Fl.; many relatives and friends.
A memorial service be held Saturday, June 15, 3 pm at Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Routes 15 & 20A, 21 Big Tree St, Livonia. A committal service will be held immediately after at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Livonia. A reception to celebrate Barbara’s life will follow at the American Legion Post, 3850 Federal Road, Livonia. We were so glad we had the opportunity to visit with you before you moved to South Carolina. What a surprising and joyful time for all of us that day! You were always so welcoming and fun…all the way back to the California days. May you rest in peace and know that you’re remembered with great fondness.
Hope you are enjoying playing cards with all of those that went on before you. I’m trying to get all your trimming done around the fences like you always wanted done. You are missed in many different ways. Thank you, again for all you done for me.
