  1. I was so sad to hear about your Mom. We had worked at BOCES together, although not in the same area. But after I moved from Fairport, we kept in touch with our annual Christmas card. She and I shared our lives as grandparents in those annual notes. She was quite the woman, very independent and I admired her for her strength in her times of adversity. My thoughts are with you and your families.

  2. Colleen and Doug,
I’m so sorry for your loss. I remember your mom so fondly. As we were running through all the backyards of Clifford Street, she was always so welcoming (and tolerant!) Of our complete disregard for boundries. I wish you both the best during this difficult time.

  3. I’m sorry to hear about Judy. She was a lovely woman whom I remember was always smiling. My thoughts are prayers are with your family.

  4. Colleen and Doug,
I am very saddened to read about your mother…you know the two of us had a lot of good times chasing you around as youngsters, enjoying our walks and going to estate sales together. I admired how well she managed a very difficult disease…..You two were always the most important people in her life and I know you will miss her! Sending love to you both…I know her spirit will continue to inspire her.
