Lewis S. Pickett – July 3, 2011

Rochester: Lewis S. Pickett, 83 years, of Rochester, NY died Sunday July 3, 2011 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. He was born August 4, 1927 in Geneseo, NY the son of Weston and Mary Carey Pickett. He was a Navy World War 2 veteran. Upon returning home, Lewis was employed as a Police Officer with the City of Rochester. He also was a builder in the Rochester area. Being an avid collerctor and flea market fan, he held a vendor stall at the Agar Road Flea Market in Avon for several years. He also was a member of Henrietta Moose Lodge 2290.

He is survived by an extended family of sons, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends and associates.

Friends may call Friday 5-8 PM at Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc. Routes 15 and 20A, 21 Big Tree St. Livonia, NY where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 AM.
