Mary Lucia Stoltman age 77 passed away Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation at Murray Hill, Mt. Morris, where she had resided for 3 ½ years.

She was the daughter of Frank and Florence O’Neill Stoltman. Survived by many cousins and close friends. Mary Lou was a member of St. Rose’s Church, Lima and the Catholic Daughters of America. A woman certainly true to her faith. Mary Lou was a graduate of Nazareth College and taught school before returning to the family farm to help her parents. She continued to run the farm even after the passing of her parents.

A true friend has left us for now. Friends wishing may have masses offered or to the charity of one’s choice.

Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 21 Big Tree St., Rtes 15 & 20A, Livonia. Her funeral Mass will be held at St. Rose Catholic Church, 1985 Lake Ave, Lima on Friday morning at 10AM. Burial to follow at St. Rose Cemetery.
